Here in Ripon, our Aktion club members take great pride in the local jobs they do. Some work at the workshop company designed to provide jobs for persons with special needs. Diverse Options provides jobs sorting, packaging, labeling, shrinkwrapping, weighing and shipping products made by other businesses. They package socks for Wisconsin prisons, parts for digital TV converters, replacement parts for washing machines, pooper scoopers, cookies, food trays, golf tees and much more.
That's the case in the 12 other places in our district where Kiwanis has Aktion Clubs. When your business sends work to your county workshop industries facility, you may be providing a job for another Kiwanian. If you don't have one, Diverse Options in Ripon sure can handle your business.
