Green Lake Kiwanis Warming Up For Mardi Gras Bowling

For the 5th year the Green Lake Kiwanis Club is sponsoring a 9-Pin Tap Bowling Tournament benefiting special needs kids from Green Lake County. Last year the Club sent three kids to Camp Wawbeek, an Easter Seals Camp in Wisconsin Dells. The cost for a week is approximately $650 for each camper.

Valentine Dance Great Success

Talk about warm and friendly, the Wild Rose club is to be applauded. The Valentine Day dance was attended by folks in the community following a "meal in a peel". A baked potato with every possible topping and dessert was served by smiling Kiwanians dressed in Kiwanis blue shirts.

Aktion club members have jobs

   Here in Ripon, our Aktion club members take great pride in the local jobs they do.   Some work at the workshop company designed to provide jobs for persons with special needs.   Diverse Options provides jobs sorting, packaging, labeling, shrinkwrapping, weighing and shipping products made by other businesses.  They (more)

Aktion Club of Ripon Donates $100 to Haitian Relief Effort

Ripon Aktion Club members voted to donate $100 to the Haitian relief effort through the Kiwanis International Foundation, which is forwarding donations to UNICEF. The vote took place at the Aktion Club meeting on Monday, January 18.
