| Lt. Governors, Class of 2007-08
The Lt. Governor serves on the District Board and is the board's representative at the division level. S/he is elected by the clubs in his or her home division. The Lt. Governor officiates at the installation of all club officers, and presides at Division Council meetings with club officers and representatives. The Lt. Governor and his/her club host the District Governor's visit. Each Lt. Governor is responsible for finding his or her replacement and putting their names before his council for approval. Training the new Lt. Governor is also the responsibility of out outgoing leader.
